On the third stop of four-day, four-city barnstorming blitz to promote their Aug. 26 Las Vegas clash, the witty barbs that characterized their exchanges Los Angeles and Toronto were replaced by what appeared to be real venom.

But what will they say tonight in London? Watch it here:

Update: After a trainwreck in Brooklyn, the MayMac world tour attempts to pick up the pieces Friday in London, its fourth and final stop. You can watch the press conference here at 2 p.m. ET.

The four-day world tour to promote the Aug. 26 fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Conor McGregor promised to be entertaining but has exceeded those expectations so far.

Gigantic and raucous crowds in Los Angeles and Toronto cranked up the intensity and trash talk between the two fighters, and Thursday in Brooklyn, N.Y. is likely to be no different.

Like the first two days of the tour, the press conference at Barclays Center will be broadcast on Fox Sports 2, beginning at 7 p.m. ET. It will also be streamed live on Fox Sports GO and on Youtube via Showtime and the UFC. [Mayweather- Mcgregor]

It’s the second-to-last stop before McGregor and Mayweather wrap up the press tour in London on Friday. And, while it’s the final stop in the United States — the home country of Mayweather — it’s unlikely that he’ll have the crowd on his side Thursday.

In both L.A. and Toronto, the crowds were predominantly in McGregor’s favor, even taunting Mayweather with a “Pay your taxes!” chant Wednesday. While Tuesday didn’t , have a clear winner in the banter between the two fighters , McGregor stole the show in Toronto — although, Mayweather insists he was the winner of the first two days of the tour. mayweather vs mcgregor fight.

After learning the format that caught McGregor off guard Tuesday, he came prepared Wednesday with a heated diatribe aimed at Mayweather. He even steamrolled Showtime executive Stephen Espinoza, calling him a weasel and accusing the network of cutting his microphone on the first day of the tour.

Among the many insults hurled at Mayweather, McGregor accused the boxer of being unable to pay his taxes, unable to read, and said he dresses like a 12-year-old breakdancer.

Mayweather appeared to get under the Irish MMA star’s skin, though, by borrowing an Ireland flag from the crowd and draping it over his shoulders.

A seasoned boxer with a 49-0 record, Mayweather’s goal during the tour is just to promote the fight and get fans excited about the August matchup. For McGregor, the aim is to frustrate and get into the head of Mayweather.

That means he’s unlikely to let off the gas pedal in the final two days of the tour and Brooklyn will likely be as exciting, if not more so, than the days prior.

One of the biggest weeks in boxing promotion history has wrapped up, ending in another expletive-ridden press conference in London to close out a four-day tour of madness.

There’s no question Conor McGregor came out the winner. Rarely, if ever, did the Irishman look out of his depth during the the four-city tour.

McGregor taunted his foe in front of another one-sided crowd Saturday morning (AEST), stealing Mayweather’s mic from his desk as he commandeered the arena.
“He could have rode off into the sunset 49-0,” he said. “Instead, this is my first time in a boxing ring and in six weeks, I run boxing!
“Now let’s get it straight, the bulls**t is now over. Six weeks, I’m gonna sleep this fool. And when I sleep him, I’m gonna bounce his head off the canvas as well.”
Mayweather bit back immediately.
“I’m a gorilla,” he said. “And I eat through fighters like you
The 40-year-old then brought UFC fighter Nate Diaz — who sensationally choked-out McGregor at UFC 196 in 2016 — into his barrage of insults. Mayweather vs Mcgregor
